I recently read a book called The Like Switch, which was written by a former FBI agent. In the book, he talks about a technique to use which draws on human curiosity that can get people interested in you. This technique could work particularly well with women who you see often, so I’d like to go over here in this article.
Humans, like cats and many other animals, are naturally curious creatures. Whenever there is commotion, crowds of people automatically draw near. Traffic builds up on highways because people must slow down to look at an accident that has occurred. We watch the news to know the latest information going on in the world. This is just something humans naturally do, and almost all of us do it. Using this knowledge, we can draw women into us quite naturally with a curiosity technique.
In the book, the agent brings up a story where a detective needed to get information regarding a woman without directly asking her any questions. He found out where she worked, and went there multiple times a week and only ordered strawberries. He would stack the strawberries up into rows with toothpicks, building skyscrapers of strawberries, before he would eat them. The only thing he ordered at this restaurant was strawberries, and nothing else. Naturally curious, the waitress ended up talking to this detective, asking him about his unique food choice, and his plan ended up working.
While you don’t have to stack strawberries, a curiosity technique like this is definitely something you can consider doing if you go somewhere often and there is a girl you have your eye on. Do something a little peculiar every time you go to this location, and become noticed. Maybe wear a large cowboy hat, place origami pieces around your laptop, use a type writer, etc. Something that is a little peculiar, but not too weird.
While I would normally say just go talk to a girl and be direct, there are situations where you can’t do this, and you need her to come talk to you. This is very similar to something called “peacocking” which is performed in the pick-up artist community, and first mentioned in a book called The Mystery Method. People notice you, and you start getting talked about, especially if you are a regular at whatever place you visit. This is definitely a technique to consider if you want to be noticed by a girl.
Of course after you get her interest, she will start talking to you. This is the point when the men and boys actually show themselves.
